We are getting back to the theater, thanks to PNC Broadway in Louisville working with us to give young people access to the upcoming production of "Mean Girls," the musical, which opens on March 22 at the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts.

This is a free opportunity for writers and arts enthusiasts who are high school sophomores, juniors and seniors to attend the opening night performance and write a review about the national touring production of the musical “Mean Girls,” adapted from Tina Fey's 2004 screenplay.
• When you attend the workshop by Arts Angle Vantage (formerly Arts Bureau Edge), you:
— participate in three sessions and see "Mean Girls";
— receive guidance from professional journalists in examining a musical production and writing a review;
— meet others who share your interests. • Application Deadline 11 p.m., Thursday, March 10.
• Appy now. (Limited slots.)
